Fathers Need Love, Too

In this Father's Day sermon from Genesis 6:5-10 titled "Fathers Need Love, Too," Pastor Battle uses the story of Noah to illustrate how a father can raise the standard for what it means to be a child of God. Noah's narrative reminds us that as followers of God, there will be times when we must demonstrate faithfulness without knowing the destination; even though we do not know what the end will be, we must still be faithful to what God is saying (Gen. 6-8). In fact, this means we must be faithful to follow God's instructions despite our lack of understanding (Gen. 6-8). Finally, we must be sure to embrace constant rest & restoration so that we don't slip up and make a mistake as God answers our prayers (Gen. 9:20-23).
